As a Care Assistant within Enhance Healthcare, you would be responsible for:

• Providing excellent care and support to our residents
  Completing mandatory training
  Completing real-time documentation to detail care delivery
  Offering a safe, caring stable environment to the people we support
  Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
  Working in partnership with the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
